PVC Coated Hexagonal Woven Mesh Gabion Wall

PVC Coated Gabion Mesh also known as reinforced gabion mesh, gabion box stone cage, blocking net belts, mountain protection nets, etc., are braided in gabion wire mesh, with straight wire, or vertical or parallel direction braided wire. The tensile strength of PVC coated gabion cage is higher than that of ordinary mesh. The diameter of reinforced wire is not less than the diameter of side wire. It has the compatibility of rigidity and flexibility. It has good adaptability to foundation, good seismic performance and anti-reciprocating dynamic load performance. There is basically no creep problem. Reinforced stone cage net is a new technology of reinforced earth engineering. It is made of low carbon steel wire. The steel wire has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance after hot dip galvanizing and special plastic coating process. These steel wires are mechanically woven into meshes, and then different products are manufactured according to their structural uses.

The Hexagonal Mesh Gabion  is a one-time moulding production, besides the cover plate, the edge plate, the end plate and the bottom plate are inseparable. Length/width tolerance (+5%) height tolerance (+5%) and internal partitions are separated into separate units every 1 m. The PVC coated gabion mesh is manufactured and assembled separately with cover plate, side plate, end plate and bottom plate. Each part of the rock gabion baskets is wrapped and bound with spiral steel wire. All side wires of the net cage are strengthened with coarse wire.
