Product Description

The PVC Gabion Basket is a one-time moulding production, besides the cover plate, the edge plate, the end plate and the bottom plate are inseparable. Length/width tolerance (+5%) height tolerance (+5%) and internal partitions are separated into separate units every 1 m. The Hexagonal Mesh Gabion is manufactured and assembled separately with cover plate, side plate, end plate and bottom plate. Each part of the net cage is wrapped and bound with spiral steel wire. All side wires of the gabion wire mesh are strengthened with coarse wire.

There are two weaving methods of lead silk gabion box stone cage: mechanical production and manual weaving.

The manual weaving speed is slow and the gabion mesh is not uniform, which is not suitable for large-scale production.
